Meet Jason Mahan, Attorney at Law
Jason Mahan has practiced law in the Roseburg area since 2003, and he's committed to providing area residents with exceptional legal representation and services.
After completing his law degree at the University of Oregon in 2002, Jason joined the Douglas County District Attorney's Office in 2003. He gained considerable experience in trying cases before Douglas County juries as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. In 2007, he left that position to open a private law practice focused on criminal defense.
In 2010, Jason joined Aller Robertson Mahan as an associate. On January 1, 2012, he was made partner, and his primary areas of practice are criminal defense, guardianships, conservatorships, and personal injury claims.
Jason Mahan is originally from the San Francisco Bay area, and he moved to Oregon in 1997 to attend Southern Oregon University. He graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in business and remained in Oregon for his law degree.
Jason and his wife Tracy, live in Roseburg with Sophia and Abby, their daughters. When he's not working, he spends time with his family and enjoys fly fishing on Oregon's beautiful rivers.
